I found a similar solution useful not just for career progression but also for storing the good vibes I’ve received from people on various occasions — for example for writing.
For writing purposes, I store feedback and screenshots just in case I feel doubt or low motivation, to help lift it. It’s not a “brag” but rather a personal motivation booster.
As for my writing system – it’s also a collection of notes and drafts all over the place in Obsidian.md :)
I did switch over to Notion recently because it was more customisable than Obsidian, but in general both work just fine.
By the way, in case this is helpful, I'd recommend a book called Building a Second Brain that helps you better organise your notes and unlocks more of your creative writing.

Nice! From your perspective, what do you think is the main difference between this solution and the other one?
For example, I use a different solution/system for writing my newsletter—a mix of daily notes and a weekly tracker.

100% same with Obsidian :)
