Great set of things to focus on when preparing for behaviorals.

I especially like the breakdown of interview importance by level. I think I cover this in the podcast you embedded: most often the difference between Senior vs Staff or Staff vs Principal is evaluated in the behavioral.

It's also very likely Principal+ roles have multiple behavioral interviews in the loop, often with specific focuses, like XFN relationships or Project Retrospective (at least in MAANG+ companies).

Yes, I really enjoyed the part where you covered building strong behavioral responses, especially for those aiming at a Senior/Staff role.

For Principal+ roles, I think it’s quite similar based on what I’ve seen and heard in European startups (especially in London). But there’s a gap in how to prepare for those roles, and I believe your newsletter provides a lot of value in bridging that gap.
